All diamonds and gemstones are graded by the world's finest laboratories and are accompanied by their grading report. Diamonds are graded primarily by The Gemological Institute of America Gem Trade Laboratory (GIA), Colored gemstones are graded by The Gemological Institute of America Gem Trade Laboratory (GIA), Gübelin Gem Lab Ltd., the American Gemological Laboratories (AGL), and Swiss Gemmological Institute (SSEF).
Prior to making a purchase you will receive a video of the item for your review. Unset diamonds and gemstones will be accompanied by a grading report, jewelry will be accompanied by a report or an appraisal. When a purchase is made you will receive a confirmation of sale by email, text, or mail.
We use Malca-Amit globally for all large transactions in North America, Europe, Asia, Africa and for the Emirates (Dubai) and will use Ferrari Group to fulfil other unique client transactions.

1. The diamonds and gemstones purchased can be sent directly to you from the grading laboratory.
2. If your funds were sent to an escrow agent, you, your representative, or gemologist can view your purchase at Malca-Amit or Ferrari Group.
3. Upon your satisfaction that the item is what you purchased, your funds will be released to us and your purchase will be released to you.
4. Jewelry items may go through the same or a similar procedure utilizing independent gemologists or laboratories.
